In addition, the SORNA compliance process establishes the Eastern Band Of Cherokee Indians Tribal Sex Offender Registry website as a publicly accessible registry. The Sex Offender Registry is maintained by the Eastern Band Of Cherokee Indians Tribal Police Department and the Tribal GIS Office.
